Patient Portal

You can now access your medical records thru a secure web portal. You will be able to see you statements, modify your demographics, request and appointment or medication refill. Contact the clinic to obtain your unique username and password to try the patient portal!

Colstrip Days BBQ

Colstrip days will be held through the week of June 24th-28th, 2026. Come to the clinic on Friday, June 26th for our annual BBQ. The food will be served from 11:30-1:30.

CHAMP Program
