Patient Portal

You can now access your medical records thru a secure web portal. You will be able to see you statements, modify your demographics, request and appointment or medication refill. Contact the clinic to obtain your unique username and password to try the patient portal!

Wreath Auction

Wreath Auction will be held at SHAC on December 4 starting at 7pm. Gordon VanAsh, Auctioneer, will conduct the auction. We will provide hot cider, chocolate, cookies and a chocolate fountain with dipping snacks. Come down and purchase your festive wreath and enjoy the fun atmosphere.

Christmas Market

The Christmas Market will be held at Isabel Bills Community Learning Center on December 7 from 9-4. Come shop for your gifts from the many vendors coming from all over the state. Santa will visit and daycare will be provided.

Did you know that currently 10 % of Family Physicians use computers to transmit prescriptions electronically to Pharmacies. Electronic prescribing is estimated to save taxpayers as much as &156 million over the next five years and perhaps save lives. January 1 the Federal Government will boost Medicare’s payments to doctors that send prescription electronically. CMC has electronically prescribed medications to Pharmacies all over the country for over a year now.
